You had me at PIZZA

On nights that we have puppy school we usually get home around 7:30. For us, that is late to start eating dinner, so whatever we have needs to be quick and easy.

What’s on the menu for a speedy, yet delicious dinner?



Mama Mary’s thin pizza crust, jarred arrabiata sauce, pineapple tidbits, roasted garlic, smoked gouda and white truffle cheddar from Trader Joe’s, black olives and fennel salami (also from TJ’s)




a.k.a. Kitchen sink pizza

Brown rice tortilla, balsamic marinated colorful cherry tomatoes, pineapple, roasted garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and white truffle cheddar.




First, I bake the crusts on the top rack of the oven for 3-4 minutes on 400 degrees before adding all the toppings.

Then, add toppings of choice (or ALL of them like I did lol)

Next, bake for another 4 minutes to melt the cheese.

Lastly, DEVOUR.

I like to drizzle mine with balsamic glaze for another hit of sweetness. Love me some sweet and savory food!
