Attitude of Gratitude

Sunday marked the end of the ’30 days of Gratitude’ Challenge I completed over the month of July.

While it was not a challenging challenge, it reminded me each day that there is always something or someone to be grateful for.
Gratitude draws  attention to the goodness in your life. Where attention goes, energy flows. When you put attention to what you’re grateful for, gratitude fills your soul. We have a choice of how we live,  what we put our focus and attention on and what we are grateful for. The choice is yours!
This is a reminder to begin each day with a grateful heart. Think of or write down 3 things every day that you are grateful for.
