I’ve been MIA lately in my blog world.
I’ve been busy getting married!
Now that the wedding is behind us, (will be posting all of the details in the near future! It was AMAZING! I can’t wait to share it with you) we are back to our typical routine.
Over the weekend we checked out the new pinball and game arcade in Delray. It had me at Ms. Pac Man. It’s a great spot for a date or just meet up with friends and play around.
We spent the weekend running errands, hanging with friends and eating, of course. A stop by Doc’s All American Grill. I was hankering for a hot dog alllllll week. I finally gave in to my cravings and went with it. It was delicious. I’m still stuffed.
A stop by Whole Foods to sample the entire hot food bar. What’s your favorite food item from Whole Foods? I’m a sucker for the wheatberry salad, carrot ginger slaw, hummus and garlicky kale. Plus, a side of everything else available 😉
We watched two movies on Netflix. Watch Back Country if you’re into a thrill. It’s based on a true life story about a couple who take a weekend into the great outdoors for a romantic camping trip. What I will tell you is that this movie was anything but romantic. Next, we watched Ali Wong’s stand up special. She was hilarious and totally right on about a lot of things.
We obviously needed some snacks while watching…
The hubby (OMG I have a hubby!!!) and I continued our search for our dream home. We found one we both LOVE, but the timing isn’t the best as we are going on our honeymoon soon.
I need this pool…
We ended the weekend in a bittersweet way. One of our friends is moving to California so we got together for a goodbye brunch.
And to the beach afterwards for some sand and sun. Adam and I joke that now we can consider ourselves ‘beach people’ now that we have a beach umbrella.
I got a visit from nana!!! Whenever my sister, mom and I see dragonflies we think it’s our beloved nana.
Do you believe in reincarnation?
For tonight’s dinner I picked up Chipotle. A bowl with a little brown rice, fajita onions and peppers, corn, salsa with guacamole and sour cream on the side.
I don’t know how I lived before Chipotle!
What is a fast food restaurant that you can’t live without?
