Tonight’s dinner was a serious hit! When Adam completely stops talking for 15 minutes, you know it’s a good meal. hah sorry babe, love you!

We spent the day doing household things and then met my sister Rachel at the pool.

We floated around for a few hours and I asked them what they wanted for dinner. The choices were salmon, bolognese or chicken wings. Chicken wings won.

Chicken wings are sooooo delish, but anytime we go out they only offer them fried. I wanted to come up with a baked version that did not lack in texture and flavor.

These chicken wings were AMAZING. If you are a chicken wing lover, you NEED to make these ASAP. Trussssttt me!!!

Here you have it – Chicken wings 2 ways: Asian Honey Lime & Honey Mustard Rosemary

I served the wings alongside ranch and bleu cheese ( I usually douse my wings in these dressings, but they honestly don’t even need it because they are packed with flavor), celery and carrots to dip, oven roasted corn on the cob & a strawberry quinoa summer salad.
