Bridal Shower Bliss

April 20, 2016

My bridal shower couldn’t have been more beautiful. It was held at a seafood restaurant at Prime Catch on the intracoastal for a lovely, ladies only brunch thrown by my mom and sister.

When you walked into the room, you immediately saw tables covered in pink. Pink roses, pink menus, pink napkins.

The menu offered several delicious choices. I chose the crab crusted salmon – it was divine! Plus bubbly mimosas and bread for the tables.

There was a table decorated in cupcakes, cookies, pictures from when Adam proposed to me, candle favors and a mini candy bar.

Candles from Etsy – they smelled amazing, but was told once they were lit they were super fragrant :/ regardless, they were a perfect touch and favor!

Rainbow cookies MY FAV!!!

My mom made a beautiful, heartfelt speech that brought me to tears. Somehow I managed to hold it in and compose myself or else the waterworks wouldn’t have stopped LOL

My fabulous bridal party put together an amazing wine basket filled with wines decorated to signify an important phase in our life. Wedding night, Honeymoon, First house, Just Because, First Dinner Party, Girls Night Out, First Baby and First Anniversary. I didn’t know where to look first! I was so touched by the thoughtful poems and words of love. And a reminder of the happy things to look forward to in life. I am truly blessed to have such an amazing group of women in my life.

The brunch couldn’t have been more light, joyful and just pure bliss. Surrounded by supportive and loving friends and family, what could be better?!

My STUNNING bridal party!

If this celebratory weekend was any inclination of what it will be like on our wedding day, we are in for a treat of a lifetime.

Cheers! xxJ💏
