What. A. Night.
Adam and I decided to have a joint bachelor/bacherlorette party so we can combine our bridal party and friends to have one helluva night. And boy, did we!
We rented out two penthouse suites at the Ocean Manor hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Since the suites were side by side, we were able to open up the connecting wall to make one huge suite.
We had a few issues to start…the sink was broken in one bathroom and the men were still fixing it upon our arrival, some areas were a mess and the AC wasn’t turned on since the suites hadn’t been occupied in a week. A few hiccups, but that did not get in our way for party time!
We started off the night with some champagne and photos on the balcony. When in Rome 😉
Rachel, my sister and Maid of Honor arrived. And the decorating began.
We invited our bridal party and close friends for a laid back dinner at the hotels’ tiki bar restaurant followed by whatever/wherever the night took us.
With a photoshoot to start of course 😉
After dinner, we decided to take advantage of the sweet pad and hang out, with some Jell-O shots of course.
We stayed up all night until we each trickled to bed to get some sleep. And when we awoke, it was my birthday! 🎉🎉🎉
I totally recommend having a joint bachelor/bacherlorette party! It gives your bridal party a chance to get to connect and hang out before the wedding festivities commence.
How did you celebrate your bachelor/bachelorette party?
Cheers! xxJ 💃🏻
