Love/hate relationship with the gym

Monday morning is here and I am ready to conquer it! I have one more week of bliss and plan on making the most out of each day πŸ™‚

Starting off with some cafe as per usual. After our trip to Europe Β started calling coffee ‘cafe’ – it stuck πŸ˜‰

So getting real here : It has been about a month since I’ve stepped foot in the gym 🙈 While things have been hectic with the holidays, going away and planning a wedding, that is still not a good excuse.

Working out for me has always been a love/hate relationship. Over the past two years I have learned that working out isn’t just about looking good, but for me it’s been about feeling good. After I workout in any form I feel a sense of accomplishment. I feel those little enorphins kicking in. If I do some kind of physical activity each day I feel good just knowing that I did something beneficial for my mind, body and soul.

So here’s to getting back on track and feeling good! Here is some Monday motivation for you!
