I recently found out that my blood type is B+.
After reading up on some do’s and dont’s in regards to diet for my blood type, I decided to eliminate some of the foods I read to avoid: two of which that included sesame seeds and chickpeas.
But, how was I to live without my beloved hummus?!?! Traditional hummus has both tahini ( sesame seed paste) and chickpeas. I eat hummus on the regular.
Since I decided to give this food elimination a whirl, I played with some new hummus recipes.
This cannelini bean hummus stuck! It has less than 5 ingredients! And is sesame seed and chickpea free!
