Whoever invented the Crockpot, I LOVE YOU!
I love any meal that I can throw in the ingredients into 1 pot, set it and FORGET IT.
When I was in the market I wasn’t sure what to make for dinner and then I stumbled across this turkey breast tenderloin.
I threw all the ingredients for the tenderloin in the crockpot and served it alongside oven baked maple glazed bacon brussel sprouts.
For the sprouts I just chopped up 2 pieces of uncooked bacon, sliced the sprouts in half, drizzled with a little olive oil, maple syrup, salt and pepper and cooked on 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
