Hi there!

Hope you’re having a fabulous day!

Thoughts of the moment:  Breakfast for Dinner, better known as ‘Brinner’

I LOVE breakfast foods. So for tonight’s dinner, I’m making BRINNER.

You can whip this Kitchen Sink Frittata up in less than 20 minutes on the stove top.

This recipe is called the ‘Kitchen Sink’ frittata since it is the perfect dish for cleaning out your fridge!

Whatever leftover veggies, meats, cheeses and/or herbs you have on hand, throw ’em on in.

I used these delicious chicken & apple sausages.

And leftover spinach and cilantro.
