Brown rice cakes with PB&J topped with cacao nibs for extra crunch and antioxidants – a classic never fails
A chocolate kale smoothie – I had some extra veg I wanted to use up so I threw it into my breakfast shake. I think I added a tad too much because I could definitely taste the kale. Still tasty, though.
And this new-to-me cookie. Totally hit the spot when my sweet tooth kicked in. They’re not gluten free, but everything in moderation…
For din din I made a ridiculously easy one tray dinner.
