Last night I was making a frittata for dinner (I love a quick and easy din!) and got a little surprise. TWINS
A little freaky, but nonetheless delicious.
I always add an extra 2 eggs to my fritatta so I can have leftovers for breakfast or lunch the next day.
Speaking of breakfast, I usually drink a protein fruit smoothie most days, but lately I’ve been mixing it up a bit.
Yogurt and berries
waffles (mostly on the weekends), oats (once in a while since I noticed I felt extra sluggish starting my day with a big bowl o carbs) and chia seed pudding.
I did a Trader Joe’s run this week and bought a ginormous bag of organic Gala apples.
