Sounds weird, huh 😉
But, that’s how I roll.
Anytime I can sneak a veggie or fruit into a recipe, I DO IT!
Adam has a major sweet tooth and is often asking me to make him dessert.
After he dives into his sweet treat, he complains that his stomach hurts.
To help with this dilemma, I have been opting towards more dairy-free recipes to aid his stomach and cravings.
Not to mention, avocados have TONS of health benefits that are not limited to:
- They Contain More Potassium Than Bananas.
- They are packed with HEALTHY fats
- They are loaded with fiber (HELLO digestion)
- They can lower your triglycerides
