Chocolate Brownie AVOCADO Muffins

I know what you’re thinking…

Avocados…in a brownie muffin?

Sounds weird, huh 😉

But, that’s how I roll.

Anytime I can sneak a veggie or fruit into a recipe, I DO IT!

Adam has a major sweet tooth and is often asking me to make him dessert.

After he dives into his sweet treat, he complains that his stomach hurts.

To help with this dilemma, I have been opting towards more dairy-free recipes to aid his stomach and cravings.

Not to mention, avocados have TONS of health benefits that are not limited to:

  • They Contain More Potassium Than Bananas.
  • They are packed with HEALTHY fats
  • They are loaded with fiber (HELLO digestion)
  • They can lower your triglycerides


So, here goes nothin!

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor except chocolate chips
  2. Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkle the extra 2 tbsp of chocolate chips on top
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes on 375 degrees
