Sometimes I want a real deal slice of pizza, like this mushroom/pineapple slice from Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza (drizzled with balsamic glaze, well, because I’m addicted!!)

And other times, I want a real deal slice of pizza, BUT without all of the oil, fat, and guilt that comes with it.

 

Here’s my recipe for a guilt-free, nutritious, and most importantly, DELICIOUS pizza.

 

BONUS: This whole pie is one serving! Score πŸ™‚

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tortilla on a lined baking sheet and bake on to the rack until the edges turn golden brown, about 4 minutes.
  2. Take tortilla out of the oven and top with sauce, veggies/fruit and cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
  4. Slice with a pizza cutter.
