I think Taco Tuesday should be a National Weekly Holiday, how ’bout you?

 

I make tacos switching it up between lean ground beef, chicken or turkey. I like making my own seasonings since I have most of the ingredients on hand already PLUS I know what is in it, unlike the pre-packaged taco seasoning packets that have ingredients that I can’t even pronounce and those “natural flavors”. I still don’t know where these natural flavors come from, do you?

I went with lean ground beef. I ONLY buy grass fed these days. It tastes wayyyy better and I know what the animal was fed. USDA ONLY PEOPLE.

And a side of plantains. These babies are always a crowd pleaser 🍌🍌🍌

Instructions
  1. Heat oil on medium heat.
  2. Sauté bananas on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Add sugar on each side and cook another minutes per side.
  4. Plate and sprinkle with salt.
