Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large pan on medium heat.
  2. Add lamb and spices to a mixing bowl. Mix gently and form into ping pong sized balls.
  3. Sear meatballs in oil on all sides until browned.
  4. Cover pan with a lid for 3 minutes to cook lamb all the way through.
  5. Serve over rice and squeeze a small wedge of lemon over the top.
