Hi friends!

Lately, I have been LOVING these superfood snack balls.

They are super simple to make and are the perfect snacks for on the go!

They are packed with super foods like goji berries, chia seeds, walnuts and more!

Why are these super foods so super, you ask?

To name a few reasons :

Goji berries: maintain blood sugar, energy level, improved sleep quality, overall well-being

Chia seeds:  loaded with fiber, protein,Omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients

Walnuts: Omega-3 fatty acids in these nuts can improve heart function, bone health, fight cancer, control diabetes and improve your metabolism

Cacao nibs: high in fiber = better bowel movements, just sayin’ 🙂 , improved heart health, blood pressure and glucose levels

Maple Syrup: boosts immune system, improved heart function, high in minerals

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Combine until mixture forms into a paste-like consistency.
  2. Roll into golf ball sized balls and refrigerate.
  3. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. ***You can freeze them to last longer.
