Instructions
  1. Remove spaghetti strands from squash into a bowl. Using a cloth ring out the water
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT the broccoli and almond cheese until well combined.
  3. Fold the squash into the wet mixture.
  4. Fold the broccoli into the mixture.
  5. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or more ghee.
  6. Evenly spread mixture into baking dish.
  7. Evenly spread almond cheese on the top.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Cut into square and serve.
