In a snack rut?

Try these combos:

  • Banana, cinnamon, almond butter, cacao nibs & goji berries
  • Apple, pumpkin pie spice, peanut butter
  • Hummus, baby carrots & plantain chips
  • Rice cake, nut butter & jelly
  • Peppers, cucumber & tzaziki
  • Smoothie with protein powder, collagen peptides, frozen strawberries or cherries and nut milk

 

In a workout rut?

  • Workout to these fun videos by The Fitness Marshall! It’s my new jam. I do about 5 or so videos to get in a quick sweat sesh.
