So many supplements & French Toast

Good morning! Happy Sunday πŸ™‚

Starting off this beautiful day with coffee, supplements and French toast (yum)! 🍞

Does anyone else use a pill organizer? I feel like a granny, but it makes life so much easier to take so many supplements! I take a few different things for my thyroid health (I have a hypothyroid 😩) and some other supplements for overall health.

For breakfast I made us French toast 🍞

Serves 2

-4 pieces of bread (TJ’s gluten free for me; potato bread for him)

-2 eggs

-splash of vanilla almond milk

-dash of himalayan sea salt

-dash of cinnamon

-small splash vanilla extract

-organic maple syrup

Optional: raspberry preserves; butter (I used Earth Balance soy free)

Get in my belly


 

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients except the syrup.

2. Soak bread in mixture

3. Cook on grill pan until browned; flip and continue

Not the prettiest 😬 This grill pan makes cooking french toast easy peasy!

4. Drizzle with syrup and add some butter and jam if you desire πŸ™‚

Breakfast is served!

Whenever I make French toast I think of the movie 40 Year Old Virgin πŸ˜‰
