Hiya! Happy Sunday Funday!

This morning I met my friend Ashley for our weekly (most weeks) walked. She knows all the good spots to forage some yummy fruits.

We brought Basil along to give her some exercise and tire her out before our short road trip to Adam’s grandparents house.

We headed down south and spent some quality time with the family.

They loved little Basil!

I ran to Publix to do a quick grocery shop.

When I got home from the store I got into a cooking mood and made tons of food:

butternut squash soup (to throw in the freezer for an easy meal), superfood balls two ways (find in last weeks’ posts), chicken two ways and these veggies below.

For dinner I made Asian inspired chicken thighs (OMG YUM!!! I posted the recipe last week!) and some truffle broccoli and cauliflower on the side.

All you do is drizzle some truffle oilΒ & truffle salt on the veggies and bake on 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Place on the top rack if you like a nice char on your veggies.

We found this truffle salt on our honeymoon to Italy. DELISH!!!
