Hi friends! How was your weekend???
I started my Saturday morning with some gluten free Udi’s raisin toast, temptee cream cheese and Simply Balanced raspberry preserves.
I headed to Body Works at LA Fitness.
I hadn’t stepped foot in the gym for two months. I was sick for 2 weeks and then I gave myself all the excuses in the book to not go (i.e. I can’t leave the new puppy, I am too tired, today was too stressful).
Welp, I snapped out of it and am going to get back into my routine.
Once I take a little time off from going to the gym, it is SO HARD for me to get back into the swing of things.
But, I made it!
After, I got ready to go visit my friends Amy and Jon to meet their new babygirl, Madelynn.
Road snacks: Kevita kombucha and Annie’s Homegrown Halloween bunny grahams.
I brought them a cute, pink “Mommy Loves Me” onesie and a homemade baked ziti for the freezer.
Next up, I changed quickly to meet our friends Jess & Bryan for some drinks and dinner.
We started at a new restaurant in Delray Beach called Che!!!
I went with the Intercoastal Moscow Mule.
We ordered some apps – the eggplant chips and calamari.
We took a fews snaps on the deck.

We headed to dinner at Vic & Angelo’s.
We split an iceberg wedge salad.
A pizza topped with meatballs, pepperoni and ricotta cheese
and chicken parmigiana.
The next morning I chugged my coffee.
And sipped on this beauty.
I am becoming a kombucha addict. LOVE IT!!!
I picked up our painting from our wedding.
and made a batch of my banana chocolate chip muffins.
I am thinking of making these after I get through this batch.
And this chicken crockpot dish.
